Role Overview

We are hiring for multiple Software Developer positions to strengthen our engineering team. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based out of our Kharghar, Navi Mumbai office. The ideal candidate is someone who has moved beyond the learning phase and can independently contribute to production-level projects from day one.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and software products

- Translate business requirements into clean, efficient, and well-structured code

- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to deliver features on time

- Identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and technical debt

- Integrate third-party APIs, services, and databases into existing systems

- Participate actively in code reviews, sprint planning, and team discussions

- Maintain proper documentation of code, processes, and technical decisions

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of full-time, professional experience in software development (non-negotiable)

- Proven track record of working in a professional team or company environment

- Strong command of at least one core language: JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, or PHP

- Hands-on experience with front-end or back-end frameworks in a production setting

- Working knowledge of relational or non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)

- Proficiency with Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent demonstrated ability)

Note: Internship experience, freelance projects, and academic coursework alone do not fulfill the minimum experience requirement. Only full-time professional employment will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with one or more of the following: React, Angular, Node.js, Django, Laravel, .NET, or Spring Boot

- Exposure to RESTful API design, microservices architecture, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), or DevOps practices

- An active GitHub profile or portfolio demonstrating real-world project contributions

- Understanding of Agile or Scrum development methodologies

Compensation and Benefits

- Monthly salary range: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 (commensurate with experience and skill level)
