About the Group

Genesis Brain is a technology company operating in the digital services and ICT sector, developing innovative technology solutions, digital platforms and software products.

As part of the Crurated ecosystem, Genesis Brain is developing Crcles, a new premium digital platform designed to redefine how exceptional wine producers connect with collectors through a seamless, discreet and high-quality digital experience.

Crcles is a small engineering team building a new consumer platform from the ground up. We are working on a greenfield codebase, using a modern technology stack, with a fast delivery cadence and a strong focus on quality.

About the Role

As a Software Engineer, you will join a team of four engineers and take ownership of meaningful parts of the product end-to-end — from backend services and APIs to frontend experiences.

You will work in a highly autonomous environment where we move quickly, ship frequently, and leverage AI tools as an integral part of our daily engineering workflow.

This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to have a direct impact on the architecture, technology choices, and evolution of a new platform from its early stages.

• Language: TypeScript end-to-end
• Runtime: Bun
• Backend: Elysia HTTP API with typed Eden Treaty client
• Database: Drizzle ORM + PostgreSQL
• Background jobs: Redis + BullMQ
• Frontend: React + TanStack Start
• Infrastructure: AWS

You Probably Have

• 4+ years of experience building production-grade software systems with TypeScript (or another comparable strongly typed language)
• Experience working across the full stack, including backend services, APIs, and React-based frontends
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including testing, type safety, clean code, and thoughtful API design
• A disciplined approach to writing tests that validate behaviour rather than implementation details
• Experience using AI coding tools as a core part of your development workflow

Bonus Points For

• Experience with Bun, Elysia, Drizzle, or TanStack Start
• Experience with event-driven architectures and outbox patterns (BullMQ or similar technologies)
• Experience building React applications with internationalisation (i18n) at scale
• Experience with multi-locale or multi-currency products
