Software Project Manager

Join our Varian team as a Software Project Manager, delivering customer software implementation and upgrade projects across Australia and New Zealand. You will coordinate successful software deployments, upgrades, integrations, and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer software implementation and upgrade projects from planning through to go-live
• Coordinate project logistics, resources, timelines, risks, and issue registers
• Work closely with customers, technical teams and installers
• Lead stakeholder communication and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Support testing, go-live and project completion activities
• Manage multiple concurrent healthcare IT projects

About You

• Experience managing software or IT projects preferrable
• Background in healthcare IT, infrastructure, systems integration, or enterprise software environments highly desirable
• Strong stakeholder management and customer communication skills
• Formal project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, PMBOK, AIPM) highly regarded
• Willingness to travel across ANZ as required
• Working rights for Australia
