Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled Solar Installation Roof Leads to join our team. Responsibilities include all rooftop aspects of the solar installation. The ideal candidate should have experience with Reading Solar Plan Sets, Layout, Stringing, Fire Set Back Requirements, and Leading the Crew on the Roof. Must have experience with Enphase Microinverter Systems.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on rooftops or other structures
- Connect panels to electrical systems
- Ensure that all installations meet industry standards and local codes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing solar systems

Experience:
- Previous experience with solar installations is a must
- Proficiency with power tools and hand tools
- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
- Ability to work on roofs and in various weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
