lennon solar is looking for a, full-time, PV Panel Installer (roofer) to join our expanding team. Operating as a member of a crew, you will have the opportunity to work across various residential and commercial projects, throughout Ireland.

This job role requires an early morning start from the Drogheda area.

Role Specific Requirements:

You must be comfortable working at height and certifications, along with similar experience, would be a distinct advantage.

A Full Drivers License is preferred, as travel is required.

Manual Handling and SafePass required.

A willingness to learn and follow instructions given by the team lead are paramount, due to the nature of the work. Training will be provided.

Working hours are on average 40 per week. Required to work away (stay) on occasions.

A practical approach, with experience with tools (power tools) is essential.

You must be well presented at all times and time keeping is critical to the position.

Working as part of a team and helping in any aspect to get a job done.

Specifics of the role:
You will be working with Tile, Slate, Metal roofs of all kinds and will be completing ground mount arrays, from time to time.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Loading and unloading materials into a van
• Assisting with the installation of mounting bracket and railing systems
• Assisting with the installation of DC cable
• Lifting and loading of solar panels
• Testing panels
• Assisting with running cables, trunking, conduit and cable trays
• Keeping sites clean and tidy during and after a job
• Ensuring safety on site for you, your colleagues and our customers at all times
