About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Solar Sales Executive to join our growing team in Lucknow. If you are passionate about sales, love interacting with clients, and want to be part of the fast-growing renewable energy sector, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and develop new customers (Residential / Commercial / Industrial segments)
- Conduct site visits and client meetings
- Explain solar solutions and cost-saving benefits to customers
- Prepare proposals and close sales
- Coordinate with the technical team for smooth project execution
- Maintain follow-ups and client relationship management
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in field sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of rooftop solar systems is a plus
- Comfortable with fieldwork and client meetings
- Must own a two-wheeler
- Graduate in any discipline
