About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and develop new customers (Residential / Commercial / Industrial segments)
• Conduct site visits and client meetings
• Explain solar solutions and cost-saving benefits to customers
• Prepare proposals and close sales
• Coordinate with the technical team for smooth project execution
• Maintain follow-ups and client relationship management
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in field sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of rooftop solar systems is a plus
• Comfortable with fieldwork and client meetings
• Must own a two-wheeler
• Graduate in any discipline
