Responsibilities:

1) Your role all depends on the kind of work you put in. If you come into this and do everything your trainer tells you to do then you will progress very quickly. You will go from knocking and setting appointments, to closing appointments, to managing a team to eventually managing multiple teams. There isn’t a cap on growth.

3) The commission structure will differ depending on if you are joining the travel team or joining local market team. Your manager will go over that structure with you when we introduce you guys.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
