About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Solution Consultant to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting, excellent communication skills, and an interest in software implementation and consulting.

In this role, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements, implementing and configuring Zoho Books, providing functional support, and ensuring successful software adoption.

Prior experience with Zoho Books is an advantage but not mandatory. We welcome accounting professionals who are interested in transitioning into software consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client accounting processes, business workflows, and functional requirements.
• Implement, configure, and customize Zoho Books based on client requirements.
• Assist clients with data migration, system setup, and software implementation.
• Provide functional support and troubleshoot accounting software-related issues.
• Conduct client training sessions and demonstrate software functionalities.
• Support clients during implementation and post-implementation stages.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical and functional challenges.
• Identify opportunities to improve client accounting processes through automation and software solutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory; MBA is preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in accounting, accounting software, or ERP implementation.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and business operations.
• Experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with a background in accounting who wish to transition into software consulting are encouraged to apply.
• Freshers are not eligible for this position.

Technical & Functional Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial workflows.
• Understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Basic understanding of accounting software and ERP systems.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into software solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn Zoho Books and other business applications.

Soft Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
