About the role

We are looking for a Solution Engineer for Marioff global land business. The role is to support our land based HI-FOG water mist fire protection systems sales through international distributors and Marioff Subsidiaries. After an introduction period the candidate is expected to be able to independently create HI-FOG system designs with AutoCAD, dimension the system and write technical proposals.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable in an international business environment. The ability to work systematically, take personal responsibility and good team working skills are key assets in this position.

Your main responsibilities will be:

To provide design solutions for Land business units for sales phase inquiries
To provide technical support for Global Land sales teams
To create HI-FOG system designs using Autodesk AutoCad
To prepare Hydraulic Calculations to dimension HI-FOG systems correctly
To create Technical Proposals and provide offering support in close co-operation with the Land Sales Teams

To be successful in this role you will need:

Fluent English, both spoken and written (day to day language is English)
Experience with AutoCAD (LT, MEP) and ability to make technical designs
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Be comfortable in an international business environment and good team working skills
Bachelor or Master´s degree in relevant technical field

Considered as an advantage:

Autodesk Revit and BIM capabilities
Experience in the field of fire protection, construction engineering (especially building services), fluid power engineering
Other language knowledge (especially French and German)
