Job Description

We are currently seeking to employ a Solutions Delivery Manager to our Support Services team based in Upper Hutt, Wellington. In this role, you will implement business improvement and efficiency across the Business Unit by analysing business practices and recommending and responsible for implementation of process optimisation and systems/process integration. Manage Support team and Project team deployed to deliver business solution. Manage vendor relationship, negotiate agreements, and monitor performance.

- Experienced in developing business cases, requirements, and optimising processes, with expertise in IT architecture, requirements, and solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Skilled in translating business needs into technical and functional specifications.
- Proficient in project management support for internal business initiatives and driving project initiation phases, including scope, outcomes, and solution design.
- Adept at creating business change impact assessments and business report frameworks using tools like SSRS, Tableau, and SQL Server.
- Experienced in leading technology and software enhancements, managing vendors and stakeholders, and coordinating Helpdesk escalations.
- Strong ability to understand customer needs, translate them into solutions, and support leadership in planning and programme delivery.
- Focused on improving operational efficiency and analysing performance data within the Distribution Wellington Region.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent tertiary qualification.
- Proven expertise in SAP implementations and application development lifecycles.
- Skilled in ERP, CRM, SAP, and database management with SQL and scripting abilities.
- Experienced in process design and implementation for field service support and workflow management.
- Proficient in Waterfall, Lean Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies for project delivery and process improvement.
- Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis and developing operational performance reports.
