Join Us as a Solutions Engineer
Are you passionate about technology, problem-solving, and creating meaningful customer experiences? As a Solutions Engineer on our Global Solutions & Innovation Team, you'll play a pivotal role in showcasing the value of our cutting-edge solutions. From live demos and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to trial support and vision clip creation, you'll be the bridge between our innovative technology and the unique needs of our customers.
What You'll Do
1. Product Demonstrations
  • Wow potential and existing customers by delivering tailored, impactful product demonstrations that solve real business challenges.
2. Trial Program Support
  • Guide clients through solution trials with hands-on expertise, resolving technical challenges and optimizing trial setups to showcase the solution's full potential.
3. Proofs of Concept (POC)
  • Collaborate with field solution consultants to design and implement POC environments that bring our solutions to life in real-world scenarios.
4. Vision Clip Creation
  • Develop engaging and clear vision clips to demonstrate product capabilities, helping customers visualize the transformative benefits of our solutions.
5. Team Collaboration
  • Partner with sales teams to deeply understand customer needs and provide technical expertise on product functionality, integration, and architecture.
6. Technical Sales Support
  • Be the go-to technical resource, resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and helping customers navigate complex solutions with confidence.
What You'll Bring
Qualifications & Experience:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technical sales, solution engineering, or a related field—experience in the tech or software industry is a big plus!
  • Technical savvy with an understanding of software architecture, cloud computing, and enterprise applications.
  • Proven ability to craft and articulate compelling value propositions that resonate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creativity to adapt solutions to dynamic customer requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for collaboration across teams and cultures.
  • Prior experience with Cloud or CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) companies is highly desirable.

  • Self-motivated and proactive—you’re someone who takes ownership and thrives independently or as part of a team.
  • A deep passion for understanding customer needs and delivering technical solutions that make an impact.
  • A willingness to travel up to 20% to connect with customers and teams.
