Position Overview:
As a Sorter at our Delivery Station in Pemulwuy, you will help to ensure packages are sorted efficiently and accurately for timely delivery. You will have demonstrated experience working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and display a strong attention to detail.
You will work alongside a team to unload trucks, scan and label each package, and sort all parcels by route number to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Shifts Available: Monday – Sunday, 5:00 am – 9:00 am. A minimum availability of two weekdays and one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Must thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in transport, distribution or warehouse settings is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and remain on your feet for extended periods (up to 4 hours).
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for early morning shifts.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient environment.
