The Role:

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience and a passion for engaging with customers to drive sales. As our store operates from 4 AM to 10 PM, flexibility is essential, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Please note: Due to the strict security and badging process at Dublin Airport, there is a mandatory waiting period of approximately 6 weeks between being offered the job and your official start date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
• Engage confidently with customers to drive sales and promote our products.
• Work towards and exceed sales targets by using effective selling techniques.
• Handle transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and stock levels.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as required.
• Follow all airport security and store procedures.

• Previous sales experience is essential (retail, hospitality, or food industry preferred).
• Experience working with sales targets and a results-driven mindset.
• Confident, friendly, and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service and engaging with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle busy periods.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
