Key Responsibilities
Merchant Acquisition: Visit local shops (kirana, medical, restaurant, etc.) and onboard merchants
KYC Collection: Collect and verify required documents (Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, shop details).
Soundbox Installation: Install the Mosambee Soundbox at the merchant location and ensure it is working properly.
App Setup & Training: Help merchants install the Mosambee app and explain how to use the Soundbox and check payments.
Demo & Education: Give a live demo of QR payments, sound alerts, and daily settlement process.
Activation Support: Ensure the Soundbox becomes active and first transaction is completed successfully.
Issue Resolution: Handle basic issues related to device, network, or app and coordinate with support if needed.
Relationship Management: Maintain good relations with onboarded merchants for long-term usage.
Daily Reporting: Submit daily onboarding and activation reports to the supervisor/team lead.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
