Cerchiamo te se hai: Esperienza come Sous-Chef o Chef de Partie senior in alta ristorazione (gourmet, Michelin, 5*, Relais & Châteaux) Padronanza cucina italiana contemporanea, prodotti toscani e stagionalità, precisione, dettaglio e supporto creativo allo Chef.
Ambiente di lavoro in team ristretto e indispensabile la passione per l’ospitalità nel settore Luxury.
Per stabilità e radicamento sul territorio tendiamo a preferire coloro che hanno residenza attuale nella zona Montignoso, Massa, Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta, Seravezza, Carrara o limitrofi (Versilia/Costa Apuana)
