Sous Chef | Old Mill Bar & Restaurant Tallaght

The Old Mill Bar & Restaurant is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team.

Working closely with the Head Chef, you will help oversee the daily kitchen operation, lead the team during service and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie, strong leadership skills and experience working in a busy kitchen.

• Support the Head Chef with the daily running of the kitchen.
• Lead and motivate the kitchen team during service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Assist with stock control, food costs and waste management.
• Ensure HACCP and food safety procedures are followed.
