We are seeking a highly experienced Spa Coordinator who embodies professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for luxury client care.

The Role

As the Spa Coordinator, you are the first and last impression of our clinic. You will oversee front-of-house operations, curate an exceptional client journey, and support the clinical team to ensure a seamless, elevated experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a white-glove client experience from arrival to departure

- Manage advanced scheduling for multiple providers and high-value treatments

- Confidently recommend services, packages, and skincare

- Ensure flawless clinic flow, organization, and presentation

- Handle client inquiries with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency

- Support consultation flow, follow-ups, and rebooking strategies

- Work closely with the team to drive client retention and revenue growth

Qualifications (Only Qualified Candidates Will Be Considered)

- Minimum 2+ years experience in a medical aesthetics clinic or luxury spa

- Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skincare

- Proven ability in sales, upselling, and client relationship management

- Experience with booking systems (Zenoti preferred)

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and polished in presentation

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
