Role/Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and support the Spa Reception team to deliver exceptional service
• Manage guest bookings and enquiries, ensuring accuracy and personalized communication
• Maintain a warm and professional front-of-house experience for all spa guests
• Oversee daily operations: payments, reports, therapist schedules, and membership management
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation of reception and retail area
• Support stock control, roster planning, and administrative duties as directed
• Represent the spa at hotel meetings and liaise effectively with other departments
• Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and grooming standards
