Spa Receptionist

The main duties will include:

• Welcoming and checking in guests on arrival and setting the tone for a relaxing experience.
• To deal politely and efficiently with all guests queries & reservations.
• Provide explanation of the vitality suite facilities and details of the treatments available to guests.
• To sell spa availability to achieve maximum occupancy.

The ideal Candidate:

• At least 12 months previous experience in a previous receptionist role
• Warm, friendly, positive personality with a genuine interest in guest care
• Team player and also willing to use own initiative when needed
• Good communication skills required
• Organisational skills are a must
