We are looking for a dynamic individual, with great interpersonal skills, for a part-time position as a Spa Sales Associate at our spa in Peterborough. Key responsibilities include delivering high level of customer service, meeting sales goals, effectively managing front desk and overall operational responsibilities.

Essential Job Functions:

• Interaction with clients with friendliness and professionalism
• Business growth (promotion of membership sales, services, products)
• Maintenance of reception, spa treatment rooms and common areas
• Operational procedures such as scheduling of client appointments, processing of payments
• Monitoring and handling of requests/queries via media tools, email, website

Other Skills/Abilities:

• Desire to pursue a high level of customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organize and set work priorities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Ability to exercise a high level of tact, diplomacy, professionalism and confidentiality

Education/Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalency, college/university will be an asset
• Minimum of 1-2 years customer service, sales experience
• Experience in the Spa, Wellness or Hospitality Industries will be a plus
