South Shore Chevrolet is seeking a driven Special Finance Manager to join our growing team!

As a Special Finance Manager with South Shore Chevrolet, you will play a key role in managing special finance programs for our dealership and Steele dealerships in the surrounding area. Your duties will include evaluating credit applications, working closely with financial institutions, and ensuring compliance with regulations. To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of special finance, sharp analytical skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with lenders while providing an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Act as the liaison between lenders and our customers, ensuring customers' automotive financing needs are met
• Process lease and finance deals efficiently, ensuring compliance with lending institutions and manufacturers.
• Advise customers on insurance, warranties, and vehicle care options to enhance their experience.
• Provide ongoing training to the sales team on programs, options, and products.
• Ensure the accurate preparation and completion of all necessary documentation for customers at the time of vehicle pickup, with a strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

• Proven success in sales, with a track record of achieving targets.
• In-depth knowledge of prime, subprime, and non-traditional finance principles.
• Ability to read and interpret credit bureau reports.
• Excellent customer service skills and a focus on building long-term relationships.
