Day to Day

As a Client Development Sales Specialist in our Scaled Business Success (SBS) team, you’ll consult with existing and churned accounts in our small business segment, as you help them to optimize their jobs on our website.

In this role you'll be supporting the UK/I market and will receive daily leads and have the opportunity to engage with clients through both phone and email channels. By listening and understanding their unique needs, you'll be able to offer tailored solutions and present opportunities for their success in utilizing Indeed's products and services.

You will approach your interactions with clients with insight, respect, and an awareness of diverse backgrounds and perspective

Responsibilities

Proactively contact new clients and prospects to present offers
Educate and position Indeed products to maximize success for SMBs and help them through the onboarding journey
Promote Indeed’s products & services and demonstrate the return on investment
Meet assigned quarterly goals including revenue and conversion
Deliver great client experiences and outcomes so clients are retained
Meet daily and weekly productivity standards set by the team & other health metrics
Conduct live product demonstrations over the phone or through Zoom

Skills/Competencies

Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales roles.
Proven influencing & sales experience with a customer focus
Great communication skills, including the propensity to listen
Experience working well under pressure, multi-task, and prioritize responsibilities
Passionate to produce a high volume of outbound calls each day influencing positive client outcomes

Salary Range Transparency

Dublin 34,000 - 50,000 EUR per year
