Specialist Customer Care Consultant job opportunity

We're offering multiple full-time and secondment roles to customer-focused, values-driven individuals to join our fun and dynamic team. We'll provide you all the necessary training and tools to answer inbound calls and process account requests, while you use your customer service excellence to provide the exceptional level of service RemServ customers have come to expect. Also offering the opportunity to learn and develop skills in the specialist and salary packaging novated lease world.

You're adherent to the process, but also raise opportunities for resource, system and process improvement
You take ownership of your development, are open to feedback and seek out opportunities to continuously improve
You have experience working in a team environment and autonomously

Your skills and experience

Recent experience in salary packaging and/or novated leasing.
Great literacy, numeracy and computer skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated attention to detail and compliance with legislative, regulatory and employer policy requirements.

Your role will include:

Building and maintaining external and internal stakeholder engagement and relationships
Maintaining specialist/Salary packaging novated lease queue volumes including hotlines and external phone lines
Action and maintain related external/internal reports as necessary within required timeframes
Adhere to personal and employer KPI’s
Maintain and update records of every customer transaction including details of comments, enquiries, complaints, and actions taken via call notes in the company’s systems
Extra duties as required
Assist with general office administration tasks as required
