Your Role


We have an exciting opportunity in our T&O Elevated Support team as a Solution Bar Specialist. In this role, you’ll be providing a ‘world-class’ experience for our customers, being a first point of contact for technology issues on-site from our key offices. You’ll be bringing exceptional customer service when customers have technical issues on their laptops or mobile devices, covering both software and hardware. To make a difference in this role, you’ll be able to have empathetic and friendly conversations with customers, forming a collaborative and welcoming environment, as well as the technical capabilities to identify and troubleshoot issues.


This is a permanent role with open to candidates based in Naarm (Melbourne) and Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney). The successful candidate will be expected to work on-site from the key IAG office in their local cities, 5 days a week.


About You


  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills with a focus on customer-centric support.
  • Passionate about customer service and experience with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Apple and Microsoft Windows OS including O365 products and basic triage and troubleshooting.
  • Intermediate knowledge of mobile devices (mobile phone and tablet) and basic triage and troubleshooting.
  • Thrives in a team-oriented and collaborative environment, actively contributing to this culture.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with professional presentation.
  • ITIL knowledge (preferred)
  • Experience using Service Now (preferred)
  • Experience in customer service and communications (preferred)
  • Experience with desktop hardware, operating systems, smartphones, and printer support (preferred)
