We are now looking for a Logistics Administration Specialist for a temporary position to our logistics team in Kotka. This position is fixed-term until 9.1.2026.

What you will do

  • Handle purchase invoices related to logistics costs
  • Do internal and external invoicing
  • In case needed, participate in operational logistics related tasks

Who you are

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in finance or logistics, or equal work experience
  • You have at least 2 years’ work experience preferably in finance or logistics related tasks
  • You are fluent in English and Finnish, other languages are considered as an asset
  • You have good skills in MS Office tools
  • You have good collaboration and communication skills, and you work well in teams
  • You have a positive attitude and a flexible and result-oriented way of working
  • You are interested in personal development and new challenges
  • Knowledge of OTM (Oracle transport management), SAP TM and NauticAi will be considered as an asset
  • Knowledge of operational logistics processes will be considered as an asset
