Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

In this Specialist Product Engineering role, you will join a collaborative team focused on test excellence and production readiness for automotive applications. You will drive validation, data analysis, and automation to deliver robust products to market.

• Support automotive product development and high-volume production for semiconductor solutions
• Analyze embedded non-volatile memory design and technology for corner cases, robustness, and reliability
• Generate test sequences and automatic test equipment patterns for validation and characterization
• Provide data analysis of test programs to optimize quality, test cost, and yield
• Define and uphold testing standards for embedded non-volatile memory to improve quality of deliverables
• Improve automation across the development workflow to reduce complexity and cycle time
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug failures and identify root causes efficiently

Please note that we offer an external temporary contract of 1 year with potential renewal or future conversion into a permanent one directly with Infineon.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

You bring strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and a proactive, flexible approach. You thrive in collaborative environments and contribute with an innovative, open-minded mindset.

• Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Information and Communication Technology, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving with experience analyzing complex test data, debugging failures, and identifying root causes
• Experience in automotive semiconductors or high-volume manufacturing environments – Nice to have
• Experience in data analysis and data processing using statistical methods and visualization tools - Preferred
• Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning for test optimization and data analytics - Preferred
• Proficiency with Python and Perl for scripting, data analysis, and automation - Mandatory
• Fluency in English written and spoken - Mandatory
