Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
In this Specialist Product Engineering role, you will join a collaborative team focused on test excellence and production readiness for automotive applications. You will drive validation, data analysis, and automation to deliver robust products to market.
- Support automotive product development and high-volume production for semiconductor solutions
- Analyze embedded non-volatile memory design and technology for corner cases, robustness, and reliability
- Generate test sequences and automatic test equipment patterns for validation and characterization
- Provide data analysis of test programs to optimize quality, test cost, and yield
- Define and uphold testing standards for embedded non-volatile memory to improve quality of deliverables
- Improve automation across the development workflow to reduce complexity and cycle time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug failures and identify root causes efficiently
Your Profile

You bring strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and a proactive, flexible approach. You thrive in collaborative environments and contribute with an innovative, open-minded mindset.
- Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Information and Communication Technology, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving with experience analyzing complex test data, debugging failures, and identifying root causes
- Experience in automotive semiconductors or high-volume manufacturing environments – Nice to have
- Experience in data analysis and data processing using statistical methods and visualization tools - Preferred
- Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning for test optimization and data analytics - Preferred
- Proficiency with Python and Perl for scripting, data analysis, and automation - Mandatory
- Fluency in English written and spoken - Mandatory
