Specialist Project Management Office with focus on export compliance support f/m/d
Part-time for 24 hours per week
The "Specialist PMO – Project Export" supports the ITS (Instrumentation & Test Systems) Project Management organization by coordinating export compliance checks for projects. This is done according to the current export compliance regulations and in cooperation with Export Control and Order Processing, to ensure a timely project export. Additionally, the Specialist PMO – Project Export focuses on continuous improvement within the dual-use process.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting ITS project management with dual-use checks based on information from product management, to ensure compliance with EU and US-re-export control laws and regulations
- Monitoring and communicating the status of ongoing export compliance checks
- Coordination of product checks with the product responsible
- Escalating when information is missing
- Collaboration with Export Control and Order Processing on export compliance topics and regulations, and on taking further actions to get export permission (preparation of EUC document)
- Collaboration with Purchasing for relevant product compliance information from suppliers
- Providing knowledge and support to stakeholders
- Contributing to the development and improvement of the export compliance workflow
- Supportive tasks within the project management office
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed education (University or University of Applied Sciences, University of Technology) with a focus on industrial engineering, business engineering or a relevant work experience
- Interested in export control topics and dealing with export regulations and laws
- Sound knowledge of spreadsheet functions and calculations, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Basic understanding of project and process management
- Basic technical understanding is an advantage
- Independent processing of activities with a detailed way of working
- Critical and analytical thinking
- Mindset for continuous improvement and willingness to learn independently
- Business fluent knowledge in German and English (written/verbal)

This is a part-time for 20-24 hours per week.
Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €52,200.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
