We are now looking for a Product and Sample Service Specialist, to join our team in Tampere, Finland. This is a fixed term contract from the beginning of April until the end of March 2028.

What you’ll do
- Support Product Management activities through product portfolio management tasks
- Deliver end-to-end sample sheet and trial roll services to customers, end-users, designers and product launch campaigns
- Take part in developing Product Management and Sample Service processes, systems and ways of working
- Produce reporting and share insights on sample requests across different end-use areas Collaborate actively with international cross-functional teams, including product development, supply chain, product management, customer service, sales and marketing
Who you are
- You have a University of Applied Sciences or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study
- Preferably, you bring experience from relevant roles (around 5 years or equivalent competence)
- You are a curious learner who is motivated to develop your skills
- You take initiative, work hands-on and enjoy turning plans into action
- You have a strong service approach and thrive when working with diverse internal stakeholders
- You adapt well to change and can navigate between ad hoc support needs and routine tasks
- You have good knowledge of IT systems and processes (e.g., Salesforce) and are confident in learning new tools
- You communicate fluently in English; additional languages are an advantage
