What We are Looking For

The company is looking for a Specialist, SG Account Management to join our Business Development team. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic startup at an exciting phase of growth.


Key Responsibilities

You will be primarily responsible for WhiteCoat’s account management and growth efforts. Your tasks include (and are not necessarily limited to):

  • Maintain effective communication with primary and intermediary stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure all market activities are planned and executed effectively.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) and work processes to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
  • Identify trends and insights (including competitors and best practices) and optimise market activities based on the insights.
  • Support WhiteCoat's key engagement activities (including real-time online and offline presentations and employee interaction activities).
  • Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders relating to all corporate account management matters.
  • Support business growth by reviewing processes with a view to identifying gaps and opportunities.
  • Provide other administrative support as required by the account management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • Relevant working experience in Business Development and/or Account Management.
  • Self-motivated and independent problem solver who is proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Candidates with prior working experience in healthcare, insurance or related sectors, with a strong understanding of front-facing work streams will be considered favorably.
