We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality speech, language, and (optional) feeding therapy services to pediatric clients. The ideal candidate is experienced, energetic, and enthusiastic about working with children from infancy through school age—with a strong emphasis on early intervention.
What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate and diagnose a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric populations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support each child’s unique developmental goals
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to the needs of each child and family
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including occupational therapists, dietitians, pediatricians, gastroenterologists, dentists, and more
- Educate and coach families, caregivers, and educators on effective communication strategies and carryover techniques
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust intervention plans as necessary to maximize results
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in [Insert State]
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY applicants welcome with strong pediatric experience
- Experience in early intervention (birth to 3) and pediatric populations required
- Feeding therapy experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for family-centered care

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
