Job Summary

We are currently seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary team at Springfield Center for Living and Rehabilitation. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping our patients regain their cognitive and communication abilities, and in improving their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients with communication and swallowing disorders

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient goals and needs

• Provide speech-language therapy to patients, including individual and group sessions

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based research

About the Ideal Candidate

• Must be a licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
