About the Role

You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing difficulties across children and/or adults. The role involves developing individualised therapy programs, monitoring progress, and working collaboratively with clients, families, carers, teachers, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing assessments.
  • Develop and deliver individualised therapy plans and evidence-based interventions.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
  • Provide education and practical strategies to clients, families, carers, and relevant professionals.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records, reports, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other service providers.
  • Participate in case conferences, professional development, and clinical supervision.
  • Ensure services are delivered in accordance with professional, ethical, and organisational standards.

About You

You’re a passionate Speech Pathologist who upholds:

  • Deliver evidence-based therapy in homes, schools, and community settings
  • Support clients of all ages to achieve meaningful goals
  • Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Provide therapy in-person and via telehealth
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Speech Pathology + SPA registration
  • Passion for helping clients achieve their goals
  • Strong communication & teamwork skills
  • Driver licence & vehicle
  • NDIS orientation module completed (or willing to)
