Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will work with patients of all age groups to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and communication disorders. You will play a key role in improving patients’ communication skills and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy sessions to children and/or adults as required.
- Track patient progress and maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, teachers, and caregivers to ensure holistic care.
- Educate families about therapy techniques to support patients at home.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
- Valid license/registration as a Speech Therapist (as per local regulations).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and dedicated to helping others.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
