Job Description

HIT Athletic is seeking reliable part-time batting cage attendants to support daily operations at our indoor sports training facility. This role is ideal for college students, high school seniors, or individuals with a background or interest in baseball/softball.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor batting cages
• Assist players with equipment setup
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
• Greet customers and provide basic information
• Support coaches during training sessions as needed

Qualifications

• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working with kids and families
• Baseball or softball experience preferred (playing or coaching)
• Ability to work afternoons/evenings
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
