We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Sports Coach to guide our preschool and kindergarten children in fun, safe, and age-appropriate physical activities. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fitness, enjoy working with young children, and be able to build a positive, encouraging environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging sports, games, and fitness activities for children aged 2–6 years.
- Teach basic physical skills (coordination, balance, motor skills, flexibility).
- Encourage teamwork, discipline, and healthy habits through play.
- Plan structured physical education sessions aligned with child development needs.
- Ensure safety standards are maintained during all activities.
- Support school events, annual functions, and sports celebrations.
- Motivate children with patience, enthusiasm, and positivity.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma/Certification in Physical Education, Sports, or related field.
- Prior experience in coaching young children preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a child-friendly approach.
- Energetic, patient, and responsible personality.
- Ability to create fun and innovative sports activities.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 1 per week
Work Location: In person
