Job Description:

We’re hiring motivated Construction Laborers to assist with spray foam insulation and plastic coating applications. You’ll be part of a dynamic crew working across Alberta on a variety of sites, including residential, commercial, and industrial. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role that comes with training, certifications, and opportunity for advancement. Please note that you will be primarily outside as well as being on roofs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setup and operation of spray foam and coating equipment
  • Handle and move hoses, compressors, and job site materials
  • Prep job sites: move insulation, drywall, and debris as needed
  • Work at heights on scaffolding and rooftops
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Follow strict safety procedures and wear PPE including respirators
  • Communicate clearly with the team and follow instructions
  • Travel to job sites across Alberta when required

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to base south of Stony Plain
  • Ability to lift 50–65 lbs, wear a respirator, and work on your feet for up to 12 hours
  • Comfortable with heights and working on scaffolding and ladders
  • Must speak clear English this is a safety hazard if you can not speak clear english
  • Available to work extended hours and weekends during the busy summer season
  • Willing to work lighter hours or take temporary layoff during slower winter months
  • CSTS/CSO certificate

Schedule:

  • Full-time, up to 12-hour shifts
  • Busy season (spring to fall): Expect extended hours and weekend work
  • Winter: Reduced hours or optional seasonal layoff

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
