Spray Painter And/Or Hvac Technician

Prepare and apply coatings according to our specialized protocol (training provided to become a certified Blygold Technician).
Dismantle and reassemble air conditioning units to factory standards.
Perform water blasting of HVAC coils.
Prepare surfaces through sanding, masking, priming, and top coating.
Apply coatings to various components including coils, copper lines, compressors, chassis, and panels using pressure pumps, pressure pots, and gravity feed guns.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Adhere to safety procedures and work unsupervised as required.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a spray painter (industrial, marine, and/or automotive).
Proficiency with hand tools and spray painting equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and follow instructions.
Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Interest in HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety.
Full and clean driver’s license.
Legal eligibility to work in New Zealand.
Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job.
Forklift experience is a plus.
