Sprinkler Suppression Technician Needed:
Qualifications:
- Valid Georgia Driver's License
Job requires travel within the greater Atlanta area.
- Must be able to pass a drug test

Typical Shift Times 8AM-4PM

The Fire Sprinkler Repair Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining the safety and functionality of fire suppression systems. Professionals are responsible for ensuring that fire sprinkler systems are in optimal condition, adhering to safety standards, and complying with regulatory codes. The tasks involve conducting regular repairs, performing functional and pressure tests, and carrying out preventive maintenance to prevent failures. They must also perform repairs and ensure that all components, such as sprinkler heads and valves, are operational.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work Environments: Must be able to work in various settings, including commercial and residential buildings.
- Maintenance:Performing regular maintenance to prolong the lifespan of systems and prevent malfunctions.
- Repair:Diagnosing and repairing system malfunctions, including replacing faulty components.
- Troubleshooting:Identifying and resolving issues with sprinkler systems, often using specialized tools and knowledge.
- Code Compliance:Ensuring all work adheres to relevant fire codes and regulations.
- Reporting:Documenting findings, maintenance procedures, and repairs in detailed reports.
- Coordinate with Other Professionals: Work alongside other fire safety professionals, such as fire alarm technicians and fire extinguisher technicians.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $40.00 per hour
