Qualifications Needed:

* 7 years a must deal breaker if not

· Familiar with ground up new construction & alterations.

· Ability to read drawings/blue prints/shops

·must be able to Understanding of NYC sprinkler codes.

· Valid driver’s license.

OSHA 40 A MUST, SST 62

Responsibilities:

· Supervise field laborers.

· Order material and supplies for job sites.

· Daily log reports.

· Create punch list and maintain job schedules.

· Oversee safety programs and administer toolbox talks.

· Work with accounting department in preparation of monthly/weekly billing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
