Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and fashion-savvy Senior Personal Stylist to provide expert style advice and create personalized shopping experiences for our high-profile clients. As a Senior Personal Stylist, you will lead styling consultations, help clients curate wardrobe pieces, and act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction. You will also collaborate with junior stylists and assist in building a strong, client-centric team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized styling consultations, both in-store and virtually, to a diverse and high-end clientele.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their individual preferences, lifestyles, and fashion needs.
• Select and recommend clothing and accessory options that align with the client’s style, body type, and occasion requirements.
• Assist clients in developing and curating their wardrobes by suggesting key fashion staples, statement pieces, and accessories.
• Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, designers, and retail offerings to provide cutting-edge styling advice.
• Work closely with the merchandising and retail teams to ensure availability of in-demand pieces for clients.
• Act as a mentor to junior stylists, offering guidance on styling techniques and customer service best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to participate in events, campaigns, and other client-facing activities.
• Manage and track client purchases, returns, and feedback to continually improve service offerings.
• Meet or exceed sales and client retention targets, while ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service.
• Offer tailor-made fashion solutions based on client feedback, body measurements, and style preferences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
