Sr. HR Recruiter – Non-IT

Role & Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment of potential candidates
• Liaise with managers/team leads to understand role requirements and source suitable talent
• Identify effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: requirement gathering → sourcing → successful onboarding
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and other databases
• Conduct screening calls to assess applicants’ abilities
• Maintain MIS on submissions, interviews, and selections in a timely manner
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong technical understanding and awareness of latest recruitment trends
• Skilled in recruitment portals and hiring platforms
• Dynamic, self-motivated, and passionate about recruitment
• High standards of ethics and integrity
• Target-driven with a desire to achieve results and earn incentives
