Sr Lead - Service Delivery & Management

Job Description

This role is responsible for visualizing the Implementation and creating the integrated Low-Level Design for Zscaler SSE Technologies. Lead relevant implementation tracks and make sure the design document is implemented and addresses the issues quicker. Support the Project Manager in planning the work and project plans. Provide the periodic updates to management. Creating the post deployments docs and demonstration of the UAT test cases to the Customer. Do the necessary work to get the Customer signoff for the project and do the Knowledge transfer to the assurance team.

Responsibilities

Should have extensive experience in handling network security solutions including Zscaler Zero Trust Network Access, Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems, Anti-DoS, Unified threat management solutions, Load Balancers, Web Application Firewall (WAF) & Secure Web Gateway. Very good experience in the Network designs & troubleshooting. Understanding of other security solutions like DNS Security, Anti-APT, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Endpoint, Servers & Mobile Protection, Sandboxing, SSL inspection, Privileged Identify Management (PIM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Identity and Access Management (IDAM), Cloud Security and technologies.

Should have extensive experience in the integration of network security components into multi-factor authentication solutions, SIEMs, Syslog, SNMP-based monitoring, etc. Should have experience in backup/restoring/building new devices from scratch and integrating them into the production environment.

Should have experience in working on larger network security solution migrations like replacing a solution completely, migrating a larger network behind the firewalls, and security policy conversion from one vendor platform to another.

Should have been a part of design aspects of network security solutions in the past and should be able to design optimized yet effective network security architectures.

Should have had extensive experience in managing security architectures & environments that are spread across the datacentres. Should have handled setups in scale.

Should have a strong understanding of the TCP/IP stack, Routing and switching concepts, Physical layers, Connectivity, Hypervisors, Virtualization, and basic hardware understanding

Should have a strong understanding of routing protocols like BGP and switching concepts like VLANs, trunks, encapsulation, etc.

Should have good communication and customer handling skills.

Should have handled a technical team & partners and delivered & manage the project.

Minimum qualification & experience

Degree & Hands on experience on SSE technologies, especially Zscaler

Desired Skill sets

�Zscaler hands on experience for ZIA, ZPA, ZDX and other advance features for Zero Trust
