Sr. People Operations Specialist

The People Operations team is focused on providing seamless and client-focused transactional support to our employees and internal stakeholders in offices around the world. As a Sr. People Operations Specialist, you are a consummate professional committed to confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive employee information. You are detail-oriented and focused on data integrity and process, you are willing to put your head down to get things done, work well as a team, and care about the employee experience. While part of a global team, you will mainly look after EMEA employees.

Who You Are:

  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, ability to prioritize effectively and complete tasks with accuracy and efficiency

  • A client service mindset with the desire to go above and beyond

  • An ability to identify and recommend opportunities for continuous process improvement

  • Ability to work autonomously and lead operational initiatives within the EMEA region

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to first level questions from employees on all HR topics

  • Generation of offer letters and other HR documentation and personnel records

  • Responsible for conducting new hire onboarding

  • Support with job changes, including promotions, salary changes and international transfers

  • Manage the benefits administration

  • Manage off-boarding

  • Process time off and leaves of absence for employees

  • Create, maintain and audit employee files ensuring data integrity

  • Leverage technology for HR process efficiencies and leading these initiatives within the EMEA region

  • Local contact for all system related activity, participating in system implementations and enhancements

  • Act as a regional SME when working on global process improvements, ensuring EMEA requirements are met

  • Collaborate with HRBPs in line with our global partnership model


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • 4+ years experience in an HR administration, operations, or generalist role, strong preference for the technology industry

  • Experience working with global teams and multiple jurisdictions desirable

  • Experience with Workday HR information system and JIRA desirable

  • Strong excel skills are a plus
