- 7+ years of Product, program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - 3+ years of leading large complex programs experience
Today, more than 58% of worldwide purchases from Amazon are made from third-party businesses. That’s $160B in sales, mostly from Small- and Medium-sized businesses. Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) enables these businesses (our Selling Partners) to hand over the heavy lifting of warehousing, payment processing, delivery returns and customer service to Amazon. The FBA team has recently embarked in a WW multiyear journey to capture a multi-billion incremental revenue entitlement on high ASP selection (items above $50 selling price), including category specific investments in Supply Chain, Customer Experience and Seller experience. We are starting by fixing common foundational defects within the FBA Seller experience specifically around solving Customer returns cost and experience for Sellers. Amazon currently seeks creative, dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to join the EU FBA Seller Experience and Reimbursements team to build from the ground up, alternative Remedies options to offer to Sellers. A successful candidate must be able to work independently, be comfortable with ambiguity, and be able to influence internal/external partners at all levels of the organization. This role will particularly suit someone with strong analytical abilities, relationship building skills and superb project management capabilities. Key job responsibilities 1. Establish E2E knowledge of FBA Defects and Reimbursement, Seller pain points and major drivers of costs and Seller pain. 2. Own EU FBA Inventory Defect Cost P&L(Seller reimbursement) and coordinate across work-streams to drive YoY Cost to serve reduction 3. Identify and lead Scalable solutions to reduce defects with partner teams 4. Collaborate with Product and Operational teams to define and launch pilot to test the solutions 5. Establish Product roadmap in collaboration Tech teams 6. Evaluate Seller and Customer facing policies in the light of EU regulations 7. Establish Program mechanisms (goal setting, metrics, reporting, set of reviews to drive visibility on performance and initiatives progress…)
  • MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
  • Experience managing accounting/finance process improvement and/or technology projects with aggressive schedules
