Senior SEO Strategist (SaaS + Enterprise eCommerce)

• Location: Noida (In-Office)
• Work with Global Teams Across U.S. & Australia
• Compensation: Base: ₹75,000/month + Performance Bonus (Annual & 20%) + ESOPs

About the Role

We Mirrorsize US Inc are looking for a strategic and technically strong SEO leader to drive scalable organic growth across SaaS and AI-driven platforms.

This is not an execution-only role. We need someone who can think long-term, build growth roadmaps, manage stakeholders, and deliver measurable SEO performance at enterprise scale.

You will lead SEO initiatives for a multi-billion-dollar U.S.-headquartered apparel brand operating across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies (Technical, On-Page & Off-Page)
• Conduct enterprise-level SEO audits and identify performance opportunities
• Build scalable keyword frameworks and competitive positioning strategies
• Drive organic traffic growth through data-backed SEO initiatives
• Develop backlink and authority-building strategies
• Align SEO efforts with paid acquisition and overall business goals
• Create clear SEO roadmaps with measurable KPIs
• Monitor rankings, traffic, crawlability, indexing, and site health
• Present performance insights and recommendations to leadership/stakeholders
• Collaborate with content, development, product, and marketing teams

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience (minimum 5 years is a MUST)
• Strong technical SEO expertise (Non-Negotiable)
• Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and search visibility
• Strong SaaS SEO background preferred
• Enterprise or large eCommerce SEO experience is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Comfortable working with teams and clients across North America & Australia

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: ₹75,000/month
• Performance Bonus: Up to 20% of annual base salary
