We're seeking a Program Manager on the Global Procurement Sustainability (GPS) team to drive Supplier Development and Impact (SDI) economic impact initiatives and regional development programs within our Global Procurement Organization (GPO). Role Overview: You will independently drive Amazon's SDI economic initiatives and regional development programs within GPO. You will lead the measurement, implementation, and optimization of programs that enhance our supply chain's economic impact and support GPO's 2040 SDI goals. This role can be based in Luxembourg, London or Barcelona. Key job responsibilities Essential Functions: • Drive SDI economic and workforce development initiatives aligned with GPO 2040 goals • Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation, playbooks, and metrics dashboards • Design and implement mechanisms to track and report GPO's global economic impact • Lead process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and local sourcing efforts • Build and nurture key stakeholder relationships across business units • Create and deliver SDI training for Category, GSM, and SPO teams • Collaborate with Engagement & Partnerships team on SDI communications and supplier engagement
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
