• Strategic Sourcing: Identify, engage, and attract top-tier passive and active candidates using professional networks, Boolean searches, and targeted digital platforms.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate directly with department heads and hiring managers to define role requirements, refine job descriptions, and design interview scorecards.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire hiring process—from initial phone screens and structured interviews to coordinating assessments and leading debriefs.
• Offer Negotiation: Guide candidates through the offer stage, aligning salary expectations with internal compensation guidelines and company budgets.
• Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on talent market trends, competitor hiring practices, and compensation benchmarks to provide actionable insights to executives. [\
• Employer Branding: Champion the company culture and represent the organization at industry events, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEIB) in hiring.
• Metrics & Reporting: Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire) to identify bottlenecks and optimize hiring strategies continuously.
