Sr. Ww Quality Control Mgr, Transportation Risk And Compliance

Join our Transportation Risk and Compliance (TRC) team, partnering with stakeholders to mitigate risk in a rapidly growing and complex, global environment. We are looking for individuals who can apply their knowledge of quality control and program management to a diverse set of transportation carrier audits, and non-compliance remediation processes. The Global Quality (GQ) Manager will partner with TRC Audit and Monitoring teams to provide quality review oversight, ensuring audit programs operate with the highest levels of accuracy, consistency, and compliance. This role will be responsible for managing the quality review framework, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and aligning quality standards across multiple programs and geographies. The GQ manager will partner with TRC stakeholders to build scalable programs, leveraging Global Standards & Regulatory Compliance (GSRC) team resources to deliver a Quality Review program. The GQ Manager plays a key role in driving a data-driven approach to quality assurance and risk mitigation. Key job responsibilities • Lead the execution of quality reviews for assigned TRC audit programs, ensuring adherence to the 99%+ quality threshold • Expand GQ team coverage to include new programs with the Global Audit and Monitoring team purview • Partner with regional A&M leaders, GSRC, and Compliance teams to align quality review parameters with business and regulatory requirements. • Drive the transition to a programmatic quality oversight model by developing SMEs and standardizing processes. • Identify root causes of audit defects and partner with A&M audit team to implement corrective and preventive actions. • Develop mechanisms to optimize quality sampling plans for audit programs consistently meeting quality targets. • Utilize data-driven insights to refine audit methodologies and identify training needs. • Represent GQC in leadership discussions, presenting insights on audit quality performance and improvement initiatives.
  • Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship
  • Experience in a quality control function a plus.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to improve performance and processes.
