We’re growing and looking for a dedicated, experienced Stable Groom ready to join our team — both at home and at horse shows in a fast paced environment. We are a boutique equestrian facility offering A-circuit–level schooling and training. We are seeking a hard working and passionate Stable Groom whose style aligns with our program, commitment, diligence and dedicated team.

Valiant Equestrian is a competitive Silver & Gold-level boutique equestrian program, focused on building true equestrians — not just riders.

Position
Part-Time Stable Groom (10- 18 hrs/week to start)
Opportunity to grow into full-time for the right candidate

Pay
$18.50 - $30.00 an hour
Competitive wages for experienced, reliable, and punctual candidates.

Shifts:
AM: 6:00am (Saturday is 5:30am)
PM: Ranges
Night Check: 8:30 - 9:30pm

Responsibilities
- Feeding, mucking, turnout/In & blanketing
- Grooming & basic equine first aid
- Assisting vet, farrier & other equine professionals
- General barn tidying & light maintenance
- Supporting our show team at competitions
- Tacking up or untacking horses for training rides
- Lunging or hand walking horses

Ideal Candidate
✔ Minimum 2 years professional horse experience
✔ Team Player and can hold their own
✔ Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented & team-oriented
✔ Physically fit with reliable transportation
✔ Comfortable in a fast-paced, professional environment
